Practice drawing your shoe by doing the following line drawings:
1. From memory- draw from your memory.
2. Opposite Hand- use your non-dominant hand to draw your shoe.
3. Modified-look at your shoe and find a small detail, then look to your paper and draw that detail (if you are looking at your shoe you are NOT drawing, when drawing you are looking only at your paper).
4. Blind- set your sketchbook off to the side and look ONLY at your shoe and draw (no cheating and looking at the paper-- these WILL not look accurate)
5. Contour- really observe all the details and focus on the outer edge of your shoe.
